Hotel Laguna Suites Golf & Spa, Zona Hotelera

The staff were friendly, rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard and the towels and sheets were changed too. Could have done with a kettle and a refridgerator though. Rooms opened straight onto the pool area, and the outdoor restaurant. If you're looking to be off the main strip, in a quieter location, this is perfect. Even though there were children there at the time of our stay, I wouldn't really recommend it for young children as they only had the pool to occupy them. If you wish to use the sister hotels, a courtesy shuttle arrives on the hour, every hour up to around 9pm. It is a round route so you can use it to return. The driver we had was very friendly and dropped us off at various points along the main entertainment area of Cancun. The public bus stop is just down the road, a five-ten minute walk.
