great time with the kids

i was in haiti with my kids for the first time, the kids had a blast, they were pleased to see that Haiti is not just about slums and poverty, which is the portrait that is most commonly showed of Haiti. the staff was terrific in accomodating the kids needs specially in the kicthen, i was pleased with the overall friendliness of the people and personel.

what a great place !!!!!!!!!!!!

Like the place, it is amazing, wonderful place for a detente. i went there and did enjoy, it's alittle costly , however if you have to compare it to other hotel in many different country it's not bad at all; hence for paying so much money i sould not be charged for having a guess in my room, it's ridiculous, but overall i did enjoy my stay.......

I can`t stop coming to this place

By the way they received me and my brothers.I like the casino,keeped up all night,music and also they server.Special thanks to Santia(Front desk)to the room service people.The room I had was great,nice and the view of the window was not to nice.The pool,that was my favorite,because i enjoyed so much

great experience

I have visited different hotels in Haiti, but el Rancho is very different. It is very clean. It is somewaht pricy but ok. And I wasn't comfortable with an extra $33.00 for an additional guest.

What wonderful place with excellent service

One of the owner of Hotel had the most delicate thought to send a beautiful flower to a usual client for her arrival. It was unforgetable gest of Hotel El Rancho. Their service is excellent and employees are very friendly and kind.

the hotle is very clean and great service. the front desk tends to be very nosey. the were charging us extra just for having a guest pay you a visit. just make sure you check your bill on the way out. but overall great place.

THE BEST CULTURE'S EXPERIANCE

i have been to 15 contries, and the people and culture of haiti have really toutch me to the bottom of my heart.
friendliest people and also a country where people really don't enjoy democracy but freedom.
