This trip journal documents our 3 week honeymoon, where we RV’ed through New Zealand and stayed at RV parks (called “holiday parks” by the Kiwis a.k.a. New Zealanders). Then we went to Australia for five days. We used Kea Campers for renting our RV, a 2-berth campervan with shower/toilet included. We hung out in Christchurch (Chch) because Qantas didn't get our luggage onto our connecting flight. They comped us NZ$200 for our two pieces of luggage and arranged to have our luggage shipped to our final destination of Christchurch. This would have been fine, had our luggage not shown up wet. What can i say, packing has never been our talent. 6 hrs to LA. Highlights of the flight: paparazzi in Los Angeles airport. 14 hrs to NZ by Qantas airline was surprisingly much easier. Our first 2 floor airplane, amazing meal, TV for each sit (with movies on demand and video games) and they even provide one time use toothbrush and toothpaste for each passenger.
