Day 1 we set off from Xenia, OH at about 4:30AM. At 4:00PM we were in Canada. I didn't know I wasn't allowed to bring my mace into Canada so at the border I had to fill out an abandonment form. At about 8:30PM we entered the hotel, Ermitage Du Lac. Unfortunately the parking for the public is pretty much non-existent so we got lucky and took a 15 min parking spot out in front of the hotel. We checked in quickly and the clerk at the front desk told us there might not be any available parking at the bottom (beneath the hotel) but we could look and she'd call our room if there was any.
