Got started a day late. Whoops! So we had to drive straight from Toronto to Cavendish, Vermont in one day. We still decided to try the scenic route since it didn't add much to our time and it was a gorgeous day. We went around the north side of Lake Ontario, crossed the border at Prescott, ON/ Ogdensburg, NY. The trees were absolutely beautiful. Then we went south into the Adarondacks. As we got into the hills of the Adarondacks we got more evergreens and a bit less colour but it was still quite nice. Tupper Lake was quite nice (see picture).
