Today was spent sewing and packing (and otherwise) getting ready for the trip. Right before we left for the airport, it started raining. I made it through security without any issues but Laura's belt set off the alarms. The plane left an hour late but we were only about 30 minutes behind our original landing time for tomorrow. We had an awesome cooking on the Alaska Airlines flight to Boston. They warmed it and everything. Laura and I watched 16 candles on the portable DVD player and then we tried to sleep.
