We are piling stuff on the bed in the guest room for the last couple of days, and of course we are excited about finally gtting close to leaving. 4:30 am Jen and I wake up too early and head to BWI airport for a flight to Manchester, New Hampshire, where we got about a $100 roundtrip flight on Southwest. 7:30 am Plane takes off to Manchester. Jen sleeps on the plane and for some reason has a spasm that catapults her plastic cup in the air...luckily there was nothing in it. 8:50 am Arrive in Manchester, but they won't let us pick up our car at 9:00 am, because we had it reserved starting at 9:30 am. I never have heard of this before, and come to the conclusion that the guy is just being a jerk. 9:30 am Finally get our car and head to Por...

We had to wait f-o-r-e-v-e-r for Enterprise to pick us up at the airport. We sat there so long, I started counting the other car rental companies driving by. Hertz was the winner, in case you were wondering, with National a close 2nd. The Enterprise driver actually passed right by us once, and I was prepared to throw myself in front of his bus the next time he drove by! The traffic here was horrible. Someone said it was the weekenders driving to the...
