L Agapa Hotel, Amsterdam

upon check in the hotel is really spotless.they have taken time and alot of money to refurbish all of the hotel.the breakfast they offer is great...fry up/cereal/yoghurt/diff tea/cofee/freshly squeezed juice...anything you want is no poblem...even omlettes to order. this hotel is situated in the nicer part of amsterdam,you can walk into leideplein which will take 2mins, here you will find lovely resteraunts. i have stayed at this hotel 3times....anythig you want to know drop me the questions at my web adress

The hotel is totally renovated, i slept in a renovated room with very nice and clean new bathroom. The decor is beautiful and the staff is really nice and helpfull. The room is spacious with flatscreen TV and the location is the best. My room faced the garden and I heard the birds in the morning.

I was here on business and my client booked this hotel for me. And I didn't want to seem ungrateful..... but it was sooooo bad that I requested to move to another hotel. The internet (kinda important for business travelers) rarely worked. And although they have said they renovated, it certainly wasn't sound proofing. I could hear noise from the hallway, the lobby (I was on the second floor, around a corner!), really loud music from the outside "garden", other rooms, etc. And when I finally complained, they didn't seem to know what to do. I was without internet for 2 day! I wouldn't recommend this hotel and now, neither will my client. Definately not a value!
