Hotel Bernini Palace - simply superb!, Florence

This hotel is in a great location. We walked day and night and the staff helped us book a day trip to the wine country. We were upgraded when we arrived and were very happy with the room and the breakfast buffet had the best selection from the five places we stayed while in Italy. Can't wait to return!

The hotel is wonderful, staff were very helpful ensured our room was upgraded when we informed them of specific needs of one of our family members.The location couldn't be better for all the Museums and the Duomo. We found many good restaurants in the side streets which were cheaper than the hotel. This doesn't distract from the great value of the hotel. I would not stay anywhere else if I return to Florence.

What a great hotel! Had superior double rooms on what we think to be concierge floor. Therefore we had champagne/water/hot&cold snacks nightly. Very quiet at night. Rooms were awesome and bathrooms were spacious. Staff very accommadating and helpful. VERY centrally located to everything. Great restaurants within close walking distance. Only 2 complaints would be rooms are on the dark side and very hard to get someone at front desk to pickup the phone for a wake up call. My husband had to walk down nightly and tell them.

We had drinks last year at the Bernini and the staff was so helpful that we decided to stay there if we ever returned. They did not disappoint. Staff recommendations were excellent and they provided reservations for Uffizi, Academe, etc. My one disappointment was the double bed which was two twins pushed together. We found the same in Venice. The location is superb just behind the Uffizi. All in all an excellent stay.
