Tower Hotel And Leisure Cente, Waterford

my family and I CAME TO THIS HOTEL TWICE AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AT ALL.WE REALLY LOVED IT.THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND WAS GREAT.YOU HAVE GOT TO GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Our family decided to spend the New Year holiday in the Tower Hotel.It was a disaster,We had asked if hotel was child friendly and were told yes. Well,apart from the pool there was nothing whatsoever and we had to leave the bar by 9oclock each night as children were not allowed after that. Music in the bar would put you to sleep, dont know were they got the band. The staff were not very friendly and the place needs a good cleaning and painting. We booked four rooms and each room was on a different floor which meant it was hard for the children (5 children aged between 4 and 8)to visit us grandparents as we were too far apart.The list is to long as to why you should steer clear of this hotel,We could have went to the Canaries on what we spent between us. Very dissatisfied customer

This hotel was not worth the stop in Waterford. It was shabby and not very clean. The service could have been better. I would not eat there again.
