Capsis Hotel Rhodes & Convention Centre, Rodos

We asked for a king-size bed and what they gave us was twins, even though we had a reservation made weeks ago. They refused to give us another room and for the whole week we were pushing the beds together and falling in the gap between them during sleep. Additionally, we waited 2 hours for that room to become available. The worst part now... we found someone's No2 in the swimming pool. Almost stepped on it. And the pool area smelled bad the whole week we spent there, not from the No2 but from the swans they have in the garden and don't take care of them properly.
