Sheraton Park Tower London, London

Common areas aren't that clean. Concierge desk to obviously into commissions and tips more than delivering a good service. Housekeeping slow. Food pretty average and expensive. Appliances that failed.... and the last and worse, at night the hotel is infected with prostitutes. What a disgrace....

Located in the exclusive Knightsbridge section of the city, the 289-room, five-star Sheraton Park Tower is only a short stroll from Harrods and Hyde Park, and nearby Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the West End theaters. On the premises are the restaurant One-O-One, serving seafood dishes inspired by France's Brittany region, and The Bar. There is a hairdresser on-site, and guests can enjoy use of a nearby fitness center. Hotel services include 24-hour concierge, nightly turndown, dry cleaning and laundry, and 24-hour room service.

It was totally awsome. Ther is not a thing wrong. We loved it because it was calming. We go every year. It gets better every year too.

Have stayed 2 summers in a row at the Park Tower. Have experienced all their levels of rooms--butler and regular. Butler rooms all have fabulous high views over London, depending where your room is, as the hotel is circular shaped. All rooms, at every level are great. Front desk staff very good. Central location (short walk to Buckingham Palace or Harrods!) makes this hotel a wonderful place to stay. Good number of well-priced restaurants close by as well. Excellent neighbourhood, feel very safe at night. Great internet access at business centre on 2nd floor. Only drawback I can think of is heavy smoking in bar area. Have booked to return this summer!

Very nice rooms, beautiful bar (boring but beautiful), good Gym facilities. They overcharge for internet connectivity and the double bed is actually 2 twins pushed together. Otherewise incerdible location 2 blocks from the Knightsbridge underground stop right in the middle of excellent shopping

The unusual circular building shape leads to rooms that have more space than many London hotels that are the same price or more expensive. Service is unobtrusive and very good. Location is excellent, right by the Knightsbridge tube station and Harvey Nichols. Can't comment on the restaurant and bar but room service is good. I've stayed here for business but would definitely bring my family here too,
