Melia Colbert, Paris

Loved the cozy Parisian feel of this hotel. Small enough for the staff always to know you when you come back from your day of sightseeing. Rooms are larger than most in Paris hotels, very clean and comfy. Beautiful sitting area and bar. Quiet street but only a block off the Seine and across from Notre Dame. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is a converted 40-room old mansion with a lovely garden outside, looks very similar to the photographs. The rooms were very clean, nice, with a marble bathroom. We were on the top floor and had a little view of Notre Dame. Great location for sightseeing. Also has a wonderful buffet breakfast.

I liked its location,the rooms, the furniture, the entrance service, breakfast, concierge service, I liked everything, so that my husband and I wanted to return as soon as possible.

I liked that it was small and personal, clean and cute but not overly luxurious and most of all I like the Rive Gauche, away from all the shopping terror!

The downstairs salon is ideal for a quiet drink or a coffee, a serious French coffee, and the breakfast and the breakfast room are splendid. Ah, Paris! and the Colbert! Superb combination and one you will never forget.
