Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, Paris

It was in the BEST location in paris. Literally 2 blocks from the eiffel tower. No fitness center, but I used the amazing track outside the hotel. Friendly staff spoke English gave us good recommendations.

My husband & I traveled to Paris in October '06 with two other couples and found the Hilton Paris to be exactly what we were looking for: a good, safe, clean place to sleep, and a staff fluent in English for six non-French speakers. It's not super-close to a lot of the top attractions (except the Eiffel Tower, of course), but its proximity to a Metro station (Bir Hakeim) and an RER station (for day trips like Versailles) is great. Our room was very comfortable,extremely clean, and had a roomy bathroom, even by American standards. We had an Eiffel Tower view with a balcony. You will pay a bit extra, but seeing the Tower sparkle at night is definitely worth it. Try the boulangerie just a couple of blocks down Avenue de Suffren for a French experience of morning pastries and coffee, but take the Metro if you're looking for evening dining. Skip the hotel food--it's typically overpriced.

I was not sure what to expect on our first trip to Paris. The staff at this Hotel was more than helpful. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly and spoke English very well.The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My wife wants to go back again next year, and I wouldnt stay anywhere else... Thanks !

i loved tht u could bring ur pets cause i know i couldnt have left my baby's at home with tha maid that long i would have missed them dearly and the service was great food was great it was just very nice and comfortable and very much in my range of limit to spend on my first trip to paris i just loved it and will re-visit very soon!!!!

We recently stayed at this property called Hilton Paris. I found it to be the worst Hilton property that I have visited. The building, while in a good location, appeared to be in need of renovation. My room had several areas of chipped paint and was not worth the price quoted in my opinion. The executive floor appeared average at best. If you are looking for a great hotel with a great location I cannot advise this hotel.

The building is nicely appointed and is in a pretty good (not great) location. The major problem I had was with the staff who decieved me into cancelling a reservation for the Bateaux Mouches dinner cruise due to a misunderstanding of the dress code. They subsequently booked me on Bateaux Parisiens and told me everything was straightened out with BM. This was incorrect and far from reality. As a result of their actions I had to pay the Bateaux Mouches $800 despite not going on the dinner cruise. No one in the hotel seemed to care and after getting back to the states I could not get any help from anyone at Hilton. Their service was terrible and I was basically lied to so the hotel could earn a commission on another dinner cruise. Due to ironclad terms and conditions there are no cancellations allowed so I lost the dispute with my credit card company as well. My advice seek another hotel and stay away from this one. Be careful in Paris.

This hotel was excellent. It was in a great area. From our balcony you could sit and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. The hotel is half a block from the tower. There are two different subway stations in front of the building that will take you anywhere yu want. One of the trains goes along the river and stops at pretty much every major place you would want. The hotel was spotless the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Most everybody spoke english or would at least grab someone that could. The concierge lounge was the perfect place to make a complimentary drink and just stare at the tower in amazement.

It was a clean,good location and very nice, helpful front staff . But I could not get a cab which I reserved a night before and a month later I found a unkown charge to my credit card. These two made my travel unhappy.

After 8 hr. flight we were excited about our selected Hotel...wow.. What a hit. Everyone spoke english.room was very nice with a balcony to view the tower about a block away.What ever you do visit the pastry shops just around the corner... amazing...also they have webservice in basement....conceirge can make excellant reservations just ask. we love Paris and the hilton..Also get on the RED HOP ON HOP OFF BUSES BY THE TOWER 22 EURO FOR 2 DAYS

I have enjoyed my stay at the Hilton in Paris very much, The service was very good , the people were nice and spoke English. Allthough speaking English in France is rare they did speak English at the Hilton. The inly neagtive point was that the towels in the room were not completely clean.
