Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, Paris

this place sucks. Im here now. Overpriced. Only give it one star b/c of location. Our AC doesnt work, electric outlets didnt work. Their drilling next to our room non stop. The room is small and nothing like the pics. People are rude. Bed is stained. Didnt even give us face towels to use after I asked 4 times. Sucks. Do not stay here. you'd be better off stayiing at a little bed and breakfast. Restaurant food is horrendous and unbelievably overpriced. Little choices.

stayed in the hotel from 16th to 22nd April 2009. What thrilled me most was the friendliness of members of staff,they all understand english. The room so clean and was taken care of every morning if you want. A walking distance from the Eiffel Towers,beautiful sight indeed. If there is no room in Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel,i will postpone my trip untill there is,am used to the place already. Jacob Uloko Lagos,Nigeria

Best location in the city for proximity to the Tower & the River Seine. We had the terrace view of the tower from our room. Bi-lingual front desk staff and courtesy shuttle was helpful. Also found a very nice front desk staff person to help me navigate public transportation. Bed was extremely comfortable, (be careful shower is tricky, don't put your hair under the shower head until you figure it out). Would definitely stay in this hotel again. Slightly disappointed with the breakfast buffet, food quality not very good (at all), but lunch & dinner were better. Best location in Paris, everything you want to see can be accessed by bus, train, shuttle, etc from the Tower. Would not waste my time with cabs except for going to the airport. Hotel provides everything that you need, but being polite and tipping well will definitely enhance your stay...

i like everything in this hotel it was the best vication ever and the service was th best your bags will be in your room in a minute and people there men it really cool.

I love this hotel, raving reviews. I got this as a comp, it was free for me. When you walk in, you see the illustrious marble floors, be weary of this as I slipped a couple of times after a rainy day. Stairs are a bit dangerous, so use caution. Use the elevator. I only got stuck in there once. When I arrived at the room, I fell in love. It was small, quaint and had the odors Im so use to, cigarettes and sweat. I felt like I was at home.

The staff was excellent and all of them spoke English as well as French. We were upgraded to the Executive level and the room had a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. This view was much better at night when the Tower was lit up. During the day there was an annoying crane in the middle of the view all the time. The hotel itself seemed very up-to-date as well as most of the room that we stayed in. The only exceptions were the wallpaper in the hallways (scuffed up and looked old and tired) and the windows in the room were incredibly drafting. Considering the temperature fell to below 32 degrees -- the room felt cold most of the time and the windows developed condensation. The only other low mark I would give this hotel is that it was very expensive...needlessly so considering equivalent hotels in other big cities. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent but the selection was limited with the same small menu selections served for both lunch and dinner. We ate many snacks and all of our breakfasts in the Executive level club room at no cost which made up a little for the high cost of the room. As far as the location, it was literally within a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower but a healthy walk to the L'Arc de Triumphe and the Champs d'lyces (probably 20-30 minutes each way). As far as other major tourist attractions -- it was too far to walk to and you had to take either mass transit or a taxi. It cost us 12 euros from the Paris Nord train station where we arrived to get to the hotel with our bags. The only service people we ran into that did not speak English (and they were all very willing to switch to English) were some of the taxi drivers. They were not rude, they just didn't have the skills in English in order to communicate.

If you would like to have a great view of Eiffel tower while having dinner, this is the place for you. The rooms are not bad. I got two single beds, good for couples probably. Eiffel is about 5 minutes by walk. A minute more and you are in Seine River where you can take a boat ride to Louvre, etc. I think a day pass is 12Euros. One caution about the room, make sure the doors lock when you leave. I had to pull the door every time I go out just to make sure its locked. I'd still recommend this, but its a bit far from everywhere else. English is not a problem inside. Outside, its another story. :)

This hotel is flippin sweet!!!!!!!! My kids loved this hotel but i wouldn't reccomend it for families with younger kids. blah blah blah blah blah, lalalalalaalalala, hahaha, lololala!

We arrived in Paris after a terrible flight. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming to Paris. A few minutes after we arrived in our room, we were met with water and champagne glasses! The pillows in this hotel are to die for!! So comfortable. We loved this hotel--the service, the helpful concierge, and the servers were beyond excellent. The breakfast buffet was quite good and the servers were very attentive, even to the point of knowing our eating quirks and making sure we had what we wanted each morning without us even asking!! We loved the location close to the Eiffel Tower because it afforded us many wonderful walks in the park nearby. We also saw the fireworks on Bastille day from a great vantage point in front of the hotel. There are great restaurants around the corner and the Metro and RER are very close. We were able to visit all the sites easily. My husband and I will return again and again to the Hilton Paris. In our opinon, it is a Ten Star Hotel on a scale of one to five. Great hotel, clean and modern. Good service from arrival to check in, very polite and freindly/ Rooms are big. Its at a great location, near everything, lovely to walk to center. Nice service overall, the Club room on 10th floor needs new furniture
