Only if you have to

Near center of downtown Tegucigalpa in very bad area of town. Poor service, very limited water, including hot. Has an old elevator. Dining room clean but food choice limited. Has limited cable TV, room service and, sometimes, a working telephone in the room. No internet access or out-of-country telephone service in the hotel. Nearest location for internet and telephone services is three blocks away. Nearest out-of-country fax service is miles away at the Mall Multiplaza. Only saving graces are the police station across from front door and numberous chicken resturants in the area. About 4 blocks from American type fast food resturants and supermarkets. One block from Catholic church. Not a safe place to walk at any time but especially at night as is all of downtown Tegucigalpa because of the high crime rate in the city.
