Great Service

Imust say that my stay at the Pegasus Hotel was great. The staff are very friendly and always willing to assist with any problems that I had. The only problem was that the room was a bit outdated. The decor needs to be updated. Overall it was a great experience and I would tell anyone who wants to go to Kingston to stay at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. They will experience true Jamaican Hospitality.

The filthiest, dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Might as well have thrown my money in the middle of the street and slept there.

Good hotel, great location

Great location for business travelers to Kingston. Everything you need is here. Good food, helpful staff. Grounds are well kept. I've stayed at Courtleigh and Hilton and prefer the Pegasus.

I loved thisi hotel it showed alot of class and it is so beautiful i love it. the food was so good and delicious hopefully when we go back it is as wonderful.

The best place in town

Guys anytime you looking for somewhere in kimgston jamaica... dont forget to check out the Jamaica Pegasus. They have the best servics,the most delicious food,the cleanest rooms and the most polite staff always ready to help. you will love it!!!!!!!!

for everyone even the bussiness man/woman

If yur vacationing , honeymooning ,relaxing or traveling on a business trip and will be in the kingston area this would be the ideal hotel for you near the business areas and internet caffee's..if you feel to unwind later on the night clubs and fast food restaurants are just within walikng distance ......

The staff makes the stay

I have stayed here a dozen times in the past two years. This hotel is a bit outdated, with rooms being inconsistent--some alarm clocks don't work, tv and high speed internet service are spotty at best, and housekeeping can be a gamble, too--never quite sure if you'll get a washcloth or how many towels, soap or shamppo will appear. That said, they have a marvelsous breakfast buffet, and the entire staff is wonderful to work with--at the front desk, the bell stand and the food and beverage staff are remarkably friendly and efficient. They also have a beautiful pool and grounds.

cant wait to return .....however

upon entering the Pegasus i was floored with its beauty n detail..the bellman was very plesant and helpful..however the front desk took so long with my sign up forms and the young lady was so not friendly...my room was beautiful with a great view...however i forgot to chain my door n to my surprise a staff tried to enter...securtiy needs to be more firm at such a good hotel...the card that was given to me to swipe in the elevator and my room wasnt working properly...i will be returning n i hope its better this time around....

definately had a great time in the pegasus hotel

everything was good, i would highly recommend this hotel. the service was good , but the atmosphere was even better. friday nights in uptown kingston is like no other.
