SpringHill Suites by Marriott Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas

we looooved our stay! Beautiful decor throughout the hotel! Our room was EXCEPTIONAL!! The shower was separate from the toilet (big bonus for us LOL) and the pull out sofa bed was super comfy for my 2 nieces. Perfect location (a street away from the strip) and the FREE breakfast in the morning? YUM!!! Eggs, a waffle maker, cereals, oatmeal - they had it ALL! My family was pleased with this hotel!

I stayed there din April and I found the people very nice the people at the front desk were very helpful I would stay there again, thank you for making my stay a enjoyful one

IT IS AN OK HOTEL OVREALL. THE LIGHT GREEN BLANCKET IN THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, HAD BIG YELLOW STAIN ON IT. They put the bottled water in the room, DID NOT INFORM US IN ADVANCE THAT THERE IS A CHARGE FOR IT, NOT EVEN WHEN WE CHECKED OUT, I RECEIVED THE NEW STATEMENT IN THE MAIL AND MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED $ 7.00 FOR TWO 32OZ WATER BOTTLE, IT WOULD BE BETTER IF I WAS INFORMED ABOUT THE CHARGET, ATLEAST AT THE CHECK OUT. Last year I was in Orlando Springhill Suits, they never charged me for water, I automatically thought this is complimentary at this branch too.

The size of the rooms was great and it was clean and modern. However, it was very noisy. The hall doors slam loudly so imagine everyone coming back late at night and a constant slamming of doors while you are trying to sleep. The people next to us came back after midnight and decided it was time to party. They were in and out, screaming in the hallways and basically being obnoxious. We called the front desk and they sent someone up to quiet them but it lasted all of 5 minutes. This went on until 5:00am. When we mentioned it at the front desk at check-out, her response was... "We would have moved you." Why on earth should WE have to move. With 3 kids just trying to sleep, we weren't the ones disturbing others. The hotel really didn't care about the situation. We thought staying off the strip would help with staying away from some of the Las Vegas "craziness", but we were wrong. And the hotel offered no apologies. Really put a damper on our vacation. I stayed here in August to attend a convention at the Hilton right across the street. The hotel was clean and the lobby airy. They have a nice lounge where you can grab a drink and snacks. Try the sweet potato fries! The rooms are large, with a microwave and mini fridge and coffee maker. The bed was one of the most omfy I have slept in. Nice sittiing area and split bathroom with nice shower. Breakfast is included and has everything you could want, not just a continental breakfast. A wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Stay here if you don't mind staying off the Strip.
