Guests can enjoy the three dining rooms highlighting fresh local Canadian produce and two upscale lounges. Kids and family can have fun at our Family Fun Zone featuring the 130-foot Corkscrew waterslide, separate family pool, the Kid Centre, Club 33 teen lounge and Starcade game room. Guests can also relax by the pool or hit the gym at Delta Chelsea adults-only Deck 27, the perfect urban retreat complete with a panoramic view of the Toronto skyline and seasonal sundeck. The hotel also offers computer rentals, complimentary wired Internet access, 24-hour babysitting, bell service, valet laundry service, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Parking is available at $29.00 per night for self-parking or valet parking at $39.00 per night with in and out privileges. All of our rooms offer the Delta ''Sanctuary Bed'' with luxurious pillow top matress and plush duvet. Also offered are hairdryers, ironing boards and free coffee and tea. Balcony access is available in select rooms.

I hope I do not have to stay there again

I have recently stayed at the Delta Chelsea in downtown Toronto. I had no choice, as I went to Toronto for a Compensation consultation and that is where they put us up. As soon as I opened the door, the smell hit me. They say it is a now-smoking hotel. I would rather smell that than the smell in the room. I went to open the patio door to the balcony and it had a board screwed to the track so it would only open amout 4 inches. That sucked. On my way to the window, What did I find on the floor in plain sight but a BEER BOTTLE CAP. Right by the chair leg . Are the floors even vaccumed??? Then, when I sat on the bed by the bathroom wall, the lamp would not turn on and the clock radio would flicker when I moved. I pulled the bed out from the wall and found the plugs were coming out of the receptacle in the wall, and whenever I moved they made contact. So I fixed that. Good thing I am a Mrs. Fixit. I then pulled the night stand from the wall and what do I find? A whole lot of dried raisins. and god knows what all. Do you know what a burger, fries and coffee delivered to your room costs???Over $40.00 with all the taxes, gratuities, tips, taxes again and whatever else they added on. WOW. I will not tell you what breakfast costs. You wouldn't be able to stay there with a family.

questionable cleanliness

I was staying at the Delta Chelsea with a Grand Circle tour group from June 25 - 28. I was in room 534. I was very disturbed when I attempted to open the terrace door to step outside to check out the temperature. I was shocked at the filth on the terrace. It was mostly from birds but nothing was done to either curb the problem or clean it up. Was this room offered because it was a tour group or because it was a single room. As a single woman, even I would have wished for a clean terrace. It was quite a disappointment for a hotel of such high standards. I will mention it to Grand Circle. A. Windmiller

Aeorplan points---- never again

I booked this hotel for a family holiday. Because I travel for my work I thought I would use some of my Aeroplan points for a trip. The room they gave us initially was out of the 1960's--there were four of us with two double beds and no room for anything else. When I asked for a larger room they gave us one, but it really bothered me that they tried to stick us with something so bad to begin with. The pool is so small, must be trick photography on their website! The staff was nice and friendly, however I lost my cellphone and they did not seem too interested in helping me, perhaps I should have tipped them first? Be careful when getting directions, one of the staff sent us in the wrong direction as we headed to the hockey hall of fame. Restaurant is good, I like the option of grabbing a coffee and a muffin in the morning. I would not stay at this hotel again, especially if I am redeeming points, there are other more attractive options.

fire alarms

on nov 8/07 in evening an alarm started going off, over the intercom. we asked some of the cleaning staff what the alarm was and they did not know what it was. during the alarm, person kept stating to stay put while they investigated problem.after @15 minutes it was stated over intercom for 2nd floor and down to evacuate hotel.but nothing about the other floors.( i was on the 10th floor) we started down the stairs as why would they evacuate the 2nd floor down and not the higher floors. finally they stated that there was a fire in employee lounge but the fire dept. had put it out and there was no further problem.i find this very irresponsible,if fire got out of control,how would the higher floors be able to get out. if was to evacuate why not all floors.also the cleaning staff did not know what the beeping over the intercom was. they said they would call to find out , then they disappeared without saying anything.

i really liked the the pool and the water slide it was great. i liked the games room and all the times i have stayed here i had a great room well taking care of. very friendly staff!! i really dont have any bad things to say about the hotel!!

home away from home

My daughter and I visit a few times a year and LOVE it. It's a great time for her she loves the indoor water slide & I must admit so do I. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The restaurants have amazing food!!. Worth every penny!!!

we would go back again

our stay was wonderful. we had everything we needed right at the hotel..the adult pool section was wonderful. the lounge off the pool area was great. what a veiw of the city from the windows. we found everybody friendly and helpfull. our only complaint was that when we went back to the hotel after the CNE on saturday night, there was no more parking available not even with valet. we were hotel guests and we should of had a parking spot especially since we had a handicap parking pass...otherwise we have no complaints

The reservation process was excellent. Check in was kind and efficient. Room was comfortable and convenient. Food was wonderful and staff were considerate and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable visit.

Fantastic

I have to say that it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I have a back & neck injury and the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. I just wish I knew what type of mattress or mattress pad they used.
