Michael's Inn Fallsview Hotel, Niagara Falls

i disliked it because my kids didnt have any fun. they said it was horrible. the water park was terrifieng. i never want to go back Everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!. Don't be fooled by their fancy website and their pretty pictures. Not only did they quote me a certain price and charged me another, they did not give me the type of room I asked for, then the television had cable but didn't work, the air conditioning was full blast but we were still sweating........ It didn't end there once we got home they had charged me another $50, which their unprofessional staff could not explain to me and blamed it on the CAD to US exchange rate!!! give me a break!!! Save your self from an unpleasant experience and do not stay at Micheal's Inn.

My mom, dad and I went to go there to stay/eat dinner. The ad for the Embers- fire grill looked nice until we got there it was turned off. It also looked as though it hadn't been used in months. How horrible it looks. The dining room is awful and dirty. The sign said to seat yourselves, No Wonder they didn't need any staff. There was no one in there on a busy Sunday evening. We were not even greeted with a hello. The parking attendant looked as though he did not want us to come to the hotel/restaurant. I guess we put him out. As we were leaving, we saw the cook. At least we did not eat there. Would NEVER go back.

hotel over priced no services whatsoever and my kids didn't find any thing to do even the playstation in the room had to be paid for we paid almost like the sheraton but didn't enjoy the stay theire

I was so looking forward to my trip to this hotel as all the online reviews and pictures seemed like they were good. The place advertises on booking that they 'have wi-fi throughout the entire hotel' yet this means only by one window in the lobby which doesn't even have the signal strength to be accessible. I think they are possibly using free wi-fi from another location. Now I know this may seem insignificant to some but I work as a computer programmer so when I can't get wi-fi I can't work remotely and chose this hotel especially because it was one that had wi-fi. When I spoke to the manager named Claudio about this, he chuckled and said he can't compensate me at all for this as he really didn't mean to advertise that. What a joke a discount off my bill at over 100 a night would have been better! These people have no clue about customer service at all! Next thing we know the hot water in our room cuts off. Now again being a customer and working with clients myself I am aware that from time to time these things happen but what we would do in our business is reimburse our client for the inconvenience. But no, Claudio tells me it is 'out of his control', therefore not his problem, and 'if there was something really broken in your room' he might think about compensating me for it. What does he think running hot water is? A luxury item that I should be grateful for?? Don't come to this place they mis lead people and then are extremely unhelpful Worst hotel ever!

We knew Niagra Falls was famous for being a tourist trap, but unfortunately, this will make us cautious about future bookings online. Although we requested a non-smoking room, it was obvious it had previously been a smoking room. The odor was almost unbearable. We paid extra for a "fallsview" room. We practically had to "fall" off our balcony to see the falls, because we had to lean over so far to catch a glimpse. Had the ad said "riverview" we would have had no expectation and thus, no complaint on this score. When my husband did call the desk to inquire about our misunderstanding, we were told tough, you are on that side of the hotel. No option was given to move. Finally, the light illuminating our "non falls view" room stayed on all night and could not be turned off from inside the room and the curtains could not be closed to block out the light.

we loved the inn and the walk to the falls was not that far. The pool was clean, and just the right temperature after spending the day at the falls.

Were do I start....... My husband and I were so excited about going to the falls. We had talked about it for a long time. We were told that the falls was right at our hotel. Boy, was that wrong. You had to lean over the railing to see a small view of the Falls. We had asked the Front Desk the night we checked in if they had any suggestions for a good place to eat. They recommended the hotels cafe. Not a good choice. (I think the food was reheated, they forgot the salads....) The cafe was closed several times that week. Not sure why!!!! The bed was so hard your kidneys would hurt so bad with pain. Rooms are not very sound proof. Take your hair dryer with you. The one in the room cuts off every 40 seconds. Takes awhile to dry your hair........ I hope this helps!

I Liked that the hotel has free parking and you can walk everywere. You can see the US Falls.They had nice food,clean rooms, very nice pool.They also had nice staff.

I loved it!, one day we just were driving around and found this hotel walked in, staff was very friendly. cheap prices, clean rooms. pool is really nice, hot tub is great! overall i loved it and i can't wait to go back!
