Should have stayed hidden

The room quality fell well short of the images shown on the web site. There were virtually no resort activities, unless you wanted to go to the obviously better equipped resort next door.
Room was not ready when arrived, had to wait for two and half hours after check in time. Were not made to feel comfortable or confident during this two and half hour period.
While resort is pet friendly, promise of a "pet welcome package" was never received and when asked were told that they did not have any ready.
Buffet for New Years was of fair quality but fell well short of the price tag.
Insufficent parking at the hotel, needed to park in overflow parking lot about three hundred feet down a steep hill. No paths cleared from overflow parking to the hotel.
