Nice place but not perfect
I reserved a queen bed and sofa, fridge, microwave and large TV. First room only had the queen bed. Second room was two double beds. Finally they "upgraded me" for free to the room I reserved. 45 minutes to get into my room after a long day soured things from the get go. The girl behind the counter was nice though trying to fix everything up.
Bathroom was ok, a little old and the tub drained VERY slowly. The bed was squeaky and I woke up with bad back pain, which is very unusual for me. And there were few TV channels, and no sports channel. The restaurant was alright, but they forgot to give me my appetizer.
The good? For the price, the location was not bad. I didn't want to overpay to stay right in Niagara Falls and didn't want to drive too far. The staff seemed nice. The room we ended up in was spacious and quite nice. Overall, for the money and given the circumstances, it was ok. In a pinch I would stay there again. But given a choice I'll probably try somewhere closer.
