Needs touching up!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/27/06
I thought that everything looked pretty exceptional, until you got into your rooms. The main area with the chandelier was beautiful, but other than that, this place needs some major touching up. Especially the rooms. They reminded me of some cheesy motel room. I dont think you could have fit more than one person in that bathroom.

Not very eager to return
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/21/05
It was extreemly outdated and the staff was not very friendly. The service left a bad taste in my mouth and so did the food. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody except if it is to be rented by the hour.

Poor Experience
By Robert, 8/12/05
Our family stayed at the Hotel Moncton and were very disappointed in the accommodation and service. There was no inroom coffee maker, no inroom hairdrier and no complimentary newspaper. As well the room was not prepared for the three people in the party (insufficient glassware and towels). The decor was dark and depressing. Peeling paint and wallpaper. We requested a room change and did not receive one. The Hotel Moncton was a very poor experience, probably the worst we have had in several years of travel.
