Spirits.

When we walk out from the elevators, it all of a suddenly felt like someone else was with us in the hallways while we were sure nobody else was there except us. The hotel rooms were a disappointment, very old and out of fashioned style of furnishing. But the view of the city from the revolving restaurant was phenomenon.

The elevators were 4 but never seem to come up fast enough..once I waited over 10 mins I ended up going down 11 floors. My shin bone hurt me for 2 days..No news paper at the door whereas other floors seem to get one..

What A Dump
By ,
Whoever runs this place should be ashamed. Our travel agent should have her license revoked for recommending it. From the exposed rebar on the dirty hotel balcony to the elevator doors that miss meeting the floor by half a foot (and then they close before you get through) to the tiny hallways to the rusty towel bar in the bathtub to toilet paper that's placed across the room from the toilet to the threadbare carpet to the 13 inch TVs to no room service to the 90 minutes it took to get our food in the revolving restaurant to the phone and clock radio placed across the room (not next to the bed), this place is a pit hole. I don't care if they offered it up for free next time, if I'm ever in Vancouver again I won't be staying here.

A Basic Ride
By ,
Not too expensive, but you won't get much more than a basic small room with a great view, if you request one on a high floor. The balcony had major visible facia cracks. Stayed for a couple of nights on the 32nd flr, pkng was expensive, but the rooftop rotating restaurant proved to be a better dining experience than the highly coveted and more expensive Harbour Centre. The furnishings of the restaurant were worn out at the time, hopefully remodelling is in the pipeline. The sauna was way too small for a hotel this size.Nice modern design lobby and check in, although it never seemed adequately staffed to handle regular traffic. Great and quiet location make it a good value, just don't expect a 5 star environment, 3 star is more like it. I will stay in this one again, mainly for price and location.

About as nice as a Motel 6
By ,
For about $175 US you can have a fantastic view of Vancouver and the surrounding areas! The rooms are fairly clean and service is ok. I don't reccomend their food, there is no room service, no conciere etc. We stayed with the "Savory Package" which included dinner for two at the revolving restaurant at the top of the hotel. Again the view was phenominal but the food was slightly better that can be had at a Denny's. The "prawns" (part of the steak and prawns dinner)were two tiny shrimp that probabaly should have been thrown back. The steak was fair at best. The hotel could really use a good customer service class as well as some pressure washing! Did I say the view was nice?

Hotel is fair
By ,
You can hear the water running when someone uses it, the elevator does not meet the lobby thresh hold, walls in the bathroom are cracked, towels are inside the shower where they can get wet. It is a nice location but there are better. Sidewalk in front of building is dirty, the lobby person is not professional looking.

Too small room
By ,
Parking fee was too expensive. Although they present that internet access is avalable, it was too expensive because they charged me more than $20 for one night internet use

This hotel is good for the money. If you are looking for 3 stars with a great location this is the place to stay. Bring your own pillow, because these ones offer no support!

cheap but not worth it
By ,
The Hotel looks very modern up front but then you check-in..if you can..no desk staff, no bellstaff and miserable looking employees. Though I cant blame them the Hotel looks understaff and very tired. The room was a dissapointment..pink thread bear carpets, no amenities..one bar of soap? no extra towels or handcloths. The reastaurant is old, smelly but what a view. The rates were good but for 20 dollars more, as we found out after checking out, you can stay in a better hotel in the same area. (Try the Coast Hotel)..Two words stay away.!

It's a great place to stay when you come to Vancouver British Columbia on Vacation. I stayed in this hotel last year, and I loved it.
