Spanish Villa Resort, Penticton

I found the Spanish Villa Resort clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff extremely polite, friendly and helpful. As this was my first stay in Penticton the Spanish Villa helped make it a memorable one and I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it to others. Bob Millichamp Edmonton, Alberta

me my wife and 2 grown up children stayed for 3 nights in july 2006.we found the location was perfect 4 us,the room would have been if it had a seperate bedroom,but we got by,,the staff were very pleasent,and when asked a question they helped out,it seemed nothing was a problem to them,,we arrived in a vevy busy period but never had any problems,we will b returning in july 2007 hopefully staying at the spanish villas again 4 a longer period,, mr mrs adams england

My husband and I stayed at the Spanish Villa Resort for two months while searching for an apartment. When we moved in, we thought the carpet wasn't very clean but not dirty enough to make a fuss about (despite their advertising that cleanliness was very important to them). Bad mistake. When we left we were charged $110 for "unusual cleaning." This charge was not accompanied by an itemized list but we were later told that it included cleaning the carpet. We are a quiet senior couple and have had many extended stays in hotels/motels. We have never been charged for extra cleaning. The Spanish Villa has several "welfare" guests and we suspect we were charged for extra cleaning elsewhere.
