four star price with one star service

let's see, they lost my reservation, I asked for a non-smoking king bed room with a microwave and fridge, what I got was a smoking room with two full beds, no microwave, no fridge. The tub doesn't drain, the toliet doesn't flush, there are stains on the curtains, the light in the bathroom is burnt out, the air conditioner filter looks a sweater, and the air conditioner doesn't work. Let's see... service, I had to ask if my room was going to be cleaned before it actually was. I stay in a lot of hotel, and this one has to be the hands down worst I've ever stayed in. if at all possible avoid this place.
