If you work out, Don't stay here

I had a reservation to stay at this HI, but, after I arrived and checked in, I asked to see the "Fitness Center", which, I had been assured over the phone,was fully functional, and it looked good on the website. Not only was it crammed into a corner, but the cables from the weight machine were all stripped, rendering it useless. I had to check out five minutes after checking in. I'm sure it's a nice, but this is an important detail: if you advertise having an amenity, make sure it works...

Unhelpful staff

called motel,spoke with candace. she was unfriendly and unhelpful with my enquiries. I had to call back as she hung up the phone while I was still speaking. Candace needs to attend classes on basic manners or get a job where she doesn't have to deal with the public. I won't go out of my way to stay there.

Bad Experience

Staff unfriendly and not willing to help. Room was dirty. Manager always drinking in bar. Rooms were very noisy--outside noise, other guests.

comfortable room

driving throught wyoming can be tireing so coming into a small town like rock spring it was nice to see a holiday Inn and the room was clean and the beds smell clean and the service was helpful to tell us about the town!prices were right!
