It might be comming back

I have stayed in the Towers since 1980. I have wached it go from a great motel to less than a good motel. Last year I and my employees spent 9 months here and were not impressed, and had planned on moving to another motel. The cost per night stay varied from week to week, from reasonable to outrageous and if you said something about it, they couldn't care less, money talked. I am married to a motel manager in Denver, who thinks the guest is the most important asset, as the Gillette attude in general does not understand this. When I checked in two weeks ago I met a gentleman at the front desk, named Ryan, he seemed interested in the pleasant stay of the guest was important to him . When I got to my room, I found the motel had done a lot of work in the rooms to improve my stay. I think this a good start, and I have faith they will continue to bring this motel back to what it used to be, If not, I will leave and take my people with with me. I an willing to give the motel a second chance. The Attitude of the employees to the customer is most important. I feel I and my employees are doing them a favor by staying here, as apposed to their former idea of if you don't like it, piss on you, there are other motels. WE WILL FIND THOSE MOTELS, but I would rather not.
We will see how the Best Western Tower West Lodge Handles It .
