Bad costumer service

I liked that the bathrooms were nice and clean, and that it was very spacious. What I didnt like was the service, and how they handled me. The lady in the office seemed to have an attitude towards me, because I was of different ethnic. They don't do refunds, and they are not very interested in what I wanted. Overall, my experience in this Sheboygan hotel was not a very good one. I left after three house and couldnt even get a 50% refund. I was charged 65 dollars, and the website says 49 dollars. I would not recommend this hotel for any tourist or visitors of Sheboygan. I went to Holiday Inn afterwards, and I was treated very well, a very different feeling of hominess. The enviornment was more safe, and I felt more safe.
