McKeever Lodge features an indoor heated pool, game room, saunas, exercise room, Bluestone Dining Room, the Black Bear snack bar and wireless internet throughout the lodge. Gift shop, reading areas, conference center, observation deck, and public foyers and lobbies allow guests at Pipestem plenty of space to relax and enjoy the services and hospitality. The Mountain Creek Lodge is accessible only by a 3600 foot aerial tramway that carries you deep into the Bluestone Gorge. This unique 30-room lodge is open seasonally offering cable TV, telephones and a relaxing view of the Bluestone River. The Mountain Creek Restaurant offers complimentary continental breakfast. Mountain Creek Restaurant is a gourmet restaurant and serves dinner dining by reservations. Pipestem has 26 fully-equipped rental cabins complete with cable TV, telephone, air conditioning, microwave and fireplace. These year-round units vary in size from two-bedroom to four-bedrooms. Pipestem features two golf courses. The 18-hole par 72 championship course features views of the Bluestone Canyon. There is also a 9-hole par 3 course. Both are complete with rental carts, pro shops, and driving ranges. The 18-hole course is open year round weather permitting. Other recreational amenities include an outdoor amphitheater, horseback riding, a nature center, hiking trails, a daily recreational program, fishing, lighted tennis and basketball courts, archery, paddle boating, canoeing, and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
