I will NEVER go back to this hotel. Aside from the rooms being stinky and dingy and gross, the front desk staff are completely incompetent (at least the 2 that we had the unfortunate opportunity to encounter) They had NO idea what they were doing and ended up charging us twice for our stay there. The front desk staff dressed in sweatpants and had a horrible attitude-VERY unproffesional. And seriously, the smell was overwhelming. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this hotel-it's nasty.

This hotel was terrible. It was dirty, moldy and generally uncomfortable. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I would not recommend it to anybody.

I was hesitant to stay here because of the other reviews I had read, but we went ahead because of the price. The staff was incredible and very attentive to our needs. Our room was larger then most and very clean. It had all the amenities I expected, but no fridge and micro, so I called the front desk and they immdediately moved us to a room that had both. The breakfast was great, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We will be back!

On a recent vacation, I chose to stay here because of the great location (it was right off the interstate). I was pleasantly surprised. Upon check-in, the staff was super helpful, and recommneded a wonderful diner within walking distance that gave a 10% discount to hotel guests. They bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed, including making reservations for my wife at a local nail salon!! The room was larger than most standard hotel rooms, and very comfortable. The pool was very well-mainainted and looked so inviting!! The next time I am in this area, I will definately make it a point to stop here!

I have stayed in many hotels and motels during my travel, but this one is by far the worst. When I arrived and checked in, the pool was closed and remained closed for the week do to a chemical problem. This I understood. I went to my room and found the bathroom was not clean, the shower had used soap and shampoo in it, the toilet was dirty and the counter had hair on it. I had a semi suite, the counter in the kitchen area was dirty, the microwave did not work ( I informed the front desk on three different occasions of this, but nothing was done) the refrigerator was not clean, (it looked like someone had spilled soda in it) and the floor was sticky. The batteries in the television remote were dead. Also the air-condition made a funny noise when it was working. Even when I asked for extra towels, only two towels was left. When the maids come to clean the room they only vacuumed the middle of the room and did not do around the edges or by the beds.

A room on the second floor and no elevator. No refrigerator or microwave. Hair in the bed and sink area (not mine)!!!!! Spare change left under the comforter. Crowded continental breakfast area and poor selections. The room maintained a very funky, musty smell and the carpet stuck to my feet!

I liked that I was on the 1st floor. Other than that, the room was VERY dirty and not properly cleaned during my stay. The pool was to be opened the week before I arrived and it wasn't ever opened the entire week. The bathroom ceiling was falling in and the carpet was sticky. The desk chair was broken in the room and I fell completely back in it while on the phone and hit my head on the floor and my leg on the desk. I'll be back in the area soon for business but will check out another facility!!
