the personal customer service I have always received from the front desk--Terri is the best! she knows everything, Diane is amazingly sincere and very helpful. Alfonzo the main driver is as wonderful as ever --I just don't understand when I see an unpleasant review for this hotel! Maid service is always discreet and prompt, Rooms are not the Four Season,But hardly are they of an hourly rate motel either. But of late allot of remmodling and restructure has occurred which makes my stays even more pleasing. I have seen allot of faces over the years at this hotel and I must say the ones who are employed there now are the absolute best that have been in contact with. Try them again and you wont stay anywhere else just as I don't.

Stayed here a few times, but NEVER again! There were several different types of bugs in both beds! The staff was completely indifferent! It still turns my stomach!
