Poor Service

I forgot a hairbrush. Couldn't survive without one for four days, so went to staff for help. They shrugged. I had no rental car and they didn't even offer to get me a cab. Bellman finally drove me to nearby drugstore and got in trouble for it. Room had water stained ceilings. Room service leaves trays up and down the hallways all day. I had trouble with EXPENSIVE high speed internet. I called internet company and they said call hotel. I called lobby and they said it wasn't their responsibility but they would get appropriate numbers for me, but I never heard from them again. Picture on website is VERY deceiving. I had requested king bed with reservation. Called before I got there and confirmed that request and was told that it was fine. When I got there, they wanted an extra $20 a night for a king bed. I heard them telling two other guests the same thing later.
