Horrible Customer Service
The hotel assured me that I would have a King sized bed when I had called a day prior to checking in, as my girlfriend was flying up to visit. When I checked-in at 6:pm I was told that there were no rooms available with a King sized bed and I would have to accept 2 doubles, my credit card had already been charged since I booked through priceline.com. I was sadly disappointed with the level of customer service, all of the reviews our this site are a few years old and my how things have changed. I was hoping for a couples night of romantic relaxation, and now am stuck with summer camp sleepover....Wouldn't deal with this company again, sub-par rooms at a three-star rate and nonexistent customer service....Beware!!
