Days Inn, Spokane

The place was nice, a little old but had class! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were regular standard rooms, no complaints at all, breakfast was amazing and the location was the best! Right by everything but nice clean and a safe area, I'd go back anytime! Really suggest to give this place a chance if you want a good stay that's in a good budget!

This is a very nice motel. I couldn't believe how quiet this motel was especially being downtown. Very nice staff, great rooms, heated pool and a good continental breakfast. Nice Stay, will come back.

It was a horrible experience from the start! We were told our"NO smoking" room was ready. When we opened the door we were met by two ashtrays and the smell of a smoking room. We were told first that it WAS a no smoking room and later told it had been changed to a no smoking room just a couple of days before? They had no other rooms available for us so we cancelled our room and were told the credit card would still be charged! There was a sign on the wall that said there was a manager on duty but he was unavailable? I waited two days and got a call from his "representative" and was told they were still going to charge me for a room I was in for 10 minutes! Needless to say the charge has been disputed and a formal complaint was filed with the parent company Choice Hotels.
