worn out hotel. old and dirty. One blonde (short, about 20, on duty after 1pm on 11-13-2011) is really bad. I saw some negative comments before I booked this hotel and hesitated. Now I totally believe those negative comments. If you can book another hotel, do not try this one. Really bad staff.

Does this place have microwaves in the rooms? My friends and I are going there soon and my friend wants to bring those Betty Crocker Warm Delights that you just warm up and eat. We would really like to know before we go so we can see if we need to pack them. Try to write me back, thanks.

I loved this hotel because of the great location. Its near the metro into DC, shopping, I-66, restaurants, nightlife, and other businesses. The staff was great and helped me with directions and area info. Rooms very clean and had everything I needed like a hairdryer and coffee maker. I've stayed here many times and will continue. The cookies at check in are always a great welcome and the breakfast is a great send off. I love the new waffle makers they added and the new coffee. I have recommended this hotel to everyone I know planning a trip to DC.

I was attending a concert at the Patriot Center the location was excellent in fact the members from the band and dancers stayed there. Close to everything food and shopping. Right off the main highway easy to find. Clean good service and excellent value. Plenty of free parking.

- Poor maintenance of plumbing (one room leaky, another with poor temperature control in the tub) - Housekeeping staff does not speak any English - poor guest interaction - Front-desk incorrectly keyed in the wrong check-out date - Breakfast attendance incorrectly challenged my status as a guest - Poor wireless performance due to too many students and poor support attitude by Inginuity (ISP) support - Failed to mop sticky bathroom floor across multiple days - Full service hotel "like" atmosphere (nice lobby, responsive front-desk, shuttle service, etc.) Watch out for the address confusion in the area with "Fairfax Blvd" being claimed by Lee Highway and Main Street (confused postmaster), same with the hotel literature
