Marbledge Lodge, East Dorset

I stayed at the Marbleledge once, there were two other people there and the management seemed to be this pleasant Polish couple. The next time I stopped there, I have to be honest, as per the previous review a man took about five minutes to come to the door. He seemed a bit surprised that anybody would stay there. No other rooom was being rented. As I now live in the area, I look every time I go past and usually don't see any cars there. Nor does it help my impression of the place when I see Christmas decorations hanging over the doors...in March. If the management is reading this, please, do yourself a favor and get your act together! You could have a nice roadside motel. Instead of something that is about as inviting as the Addams family mansion!!
