We found our stay very enjoyable and would come back to the same Hotel next time we are in logan. Rooms were clean and we had great customer service.

Nice Stay

It seems like they have done a lot of changes to the place, we have stayed there before, but this time they have done some work to this place. Rooms are clean and well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the swimming pool and the breakfast was good as well. Will recommend to friends and family.

YOU DON'T WANT TO STAY HERE!

This hotel property is very run down & dirty. The management is aweful. The description online is NOTHING like what actually awaits you so be warned! Even if you're on a budget - spend a few more dollars to stay somewhere else & eat on the cheap - you'll be glad you did! The European hostels are better!

THE PRICE IS RIGHT

Service was pleasant and professional. Room was comfortable. Bathroom door was a nuisance; too close to tub and toilet and would not stay open. Toilet was not clean at the rim and could use some Lysol cleansing power. Way too much room deodorizer!!!!! Sickening smell!!!Made you wonder what they were trying to cover up. We contacted the front office to request NO deodrizer while we were there and this would be a definite request on next visit. For the most part it was a pleasant experience and we would return. Price was right.

Great smile in logan

I had been travelled many counties, but the view of comfort inn window at Logan was the best.. Walking in lobby with a welcome beautiful smile from front desk .. My friend says we will be back again just for the view and smile..

Not staying here again

Tired old property. Very noisy air conditioning unit with two working settings: Freeze or Roast. Rooms are large which is a plus, but open to the outside and facing a busy highway. The continental breakfast was the low point. The hours are 6:30 AM to 10 AM. I got to the breakfast room before 7 AM. There were only 4 tables and all were occupied. Very sparse selection of food. Juice dispenser was empty. No butter, no cream cheese, no knives, no napkins, and no attendant anywhere to be found. When one of the other customers did track down an employee, she told him that they were out of everything and would not get another delivery until tomorrow.

Stay Away!

Rooms not ready when promised. Had to change clothes in public restroom. Agreed to come back later when rooms had finally been cleaned. Came back to find that our rooms had been given away to those more disgruntled than us. Gave us last available rooms that were nothing like we had reserved. Very rude manager was amazed that a $20 discount did not make everything A-OK. Lots of other unhappy people.
