The staff at this hotel is amazing! Very friendly and vibrant! Rooms were very tidy and well-stocked with ammenities, We (6 females) arrived back late to the hotel and the doorman met us and made sure we arrived safely. He even walked out into the parking lot to be sure our car was locked. The next morning check-out we were greeted by Sarah at the front desk who was as perky and happy as she could be! Staying at this Hilton was a Great Experience!
My room was very clean and smelled good. I was here for 2 weeks and was very satisfied with my experience. My bed was very comfortable. I would have preferred wireless internet. The parking lot was a little dark in area's which made it an easy target for theft. A friend had her gps stolen.
We made reservations for next year when we left the hotel. After what can only be described as a perfect stay. The staff was caring and attentive. Every detail was thought of. We checked in at 3:30pm. Right away we felt like we were VIP’s. The front desk staff greeted us warmly. We were informed we were complimentary upgraded to a whirlpool room. After we settled into that beautiful room with a huge whirlpool tub and two nice thick plush bathrobes in an alcove with a flat panel TV above, I almost had my husband convinced we could just order room service and stay in the room. We went back down to the lobby and were immediately asked if everything was alright with the room. I told the front desk attendant “sadly my husband thought that food was needed”. Not thinking ahead we had not made plans and asked if they had any suggestions for someplace close. We were asked if they needed to make reservations for us in the Great American Grill, the hotels restaurant for dinner or if we wanted to see what kind of a wait time was to be had at any of the places around the hotel. I was impressed that they would take the time to call around to several restaurants to see what was available. When we were told reputedly the wait without a reservation was going to be 45 minutes to an hour I convinced my husband to stay at the hotel. We were not disappointed. The food and service were very good and well above average for a hotel restaurant. I have to tell everyone that will listen about our wonderful Valentines Day stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at Polaris. This was one of our best hotel stays we ever had.
In fact, I did not stay here. The accomodation that was "confirmed" was not available when I got there. It seems that your confirmation is only "wishful thinking"
-- according to this hotel. Yes, the facilities are very nice, but when you personally make a reservation and ask specifically for a certain accomodation and it is confirmed, the hotel should honor that. Not at this hotel.
I just wanted to let everyone know that the Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful. Everyone was courtious and nice. It was clean and well taken care of. They also had everything you could ask for: pool, hot tub, great water pressure, wonderful food, business center and much much more.
