Great Stay

Front Desk was very nice and helpful. Funny thing, they have their first names on their badges as well as the place they originally came from. For example, the girl who helped me (I think) was Judy from Korea. Later that day I was helped by a young man from the middle east. And the day after I was helped by a girl from India. They have truly have a multicultural workforce. I guess it's by design since they want to be able to accomodate everyone.
The rooms were clean and more spacious than I had expected. There were two beds even though I told them I was staying alone. There was also a sofa bed in the main room so I could have fit 6 people comfortably. The bedroom is kind of separated from the living area by a small wall. There was a fridge and two paper plates in the cabinet. The TV was a bit of a pain since sometimes I watched TV from bed, and other times I watched from the main living area. I had to keep turning the TV to see.
Only paid around $90 per night. Fairly close to downtown Sacramento approximately 10 to 15min drive to Old Sac. The area is located in a business park which is nice. Not too many restaurants nearby. I wound up eating at a pizza and burger joint down the road. Not much goes on around Sactown after 10pm.
No chocolates on the pillow after making up the room. A little disappointed =(
A/C worked well enough. I use earplugs so I can't say how loud it was during sleep, but it didn't bother me during the day. Tell the truth, it didn't come on much, despite the fact that it was 98 outside. I had the thermostat set at 72.
The pool is small and indoors. The exercise room is very small. It consisted of 3 machines. I think 2 of them were stationary bikes and the other a treadmill, but I could be mistaken. They do have a computer terminal with free internet in the eating area but it's usually occupied. I believe wireless internet was free.
Breakfast in the morning was decent. Fruits, cereal, toast, waffles, bagels, cookies, etc.
