This hotel is overpriced, and the staff is very bad. We wanted to rent a car, and they didn't even tell us that that they don't have parking and that the cost of parking on a street is around 30e a day, almost as a car. I understand it's Europe, so I didn't took it so bad. I got a allergy the first day( the room wasn't clean, and I wanted to check out, but they didn't want to give us money back. We tried everything, it didn't work. Then we asked if we have breakfast included, and they said yes, so we sometimes went to eat, sometimes only me, sometimes with my husband. On the end, when we were checking out, they told us that breakfast was 15 euros per person, and I saw that the paper that I was signing was always for 2 persons, no matter I was the only one who ate. When I was signing it I didn't pay attention, because I was told it was included. Nowhere on that paper was the price of 15 euros per person, or in the breakfast room. I think there were many people like us, and the staff there knows it's a problem, but they don't wanna fix it, because they make money like that. Also some people that worked as a front desk didn't know English, but that wasn't a big problem for us. The rooms are very dark, more then you can see on any picture online. The wireless internet didn't work,front desk gave us the cod, but nobody could make it work, so you can use only one computer. The location is ok.Overall it's overpriced,you pay for the location, once you pay they don't do refunds, and look out what services you use from them, because they won't tell you but they will charge you. P.S. When you ask front desk something- don't assume they know( once they told us that the closes train station doesn't work,we went around, to find out that the station is working normal, the subway we took made a stop at that station, and.... we lost 1 hour)
