Place hates kids, maids take things, food runs out

Several articles were missing then were found again- months later at another location in the room.
The manager is inefective. Sofabeds have saggy mattresses, although they claim to give you another bed-you can't use it. The regular bed caves in on one side. They don't have any place for kids to play and complain that they are running inside. They will side with anyone who complains about kids- even if the other guest is senile and yells at our kid for no reason.
You can talk to the mgr here till you're blue in the face- he has his mind made up- and will do as he chooses.
Food runs out within the first hour- get there fast.
Overalll- not a 4 star hotel- definitely not the marriott service.
