Beautiful bed and breakfast!!

Their customer service was wonderful. Many places we've been they hand you a key, point a direction and say, "go that-a-way". But here they walked us to the room, pointed out the amenities, made sure we knew where we were going for breakfast, made suggestions when we asked about where to go for dinner, gave directions for how to walk the 3 blocks to downtown... and that was just checking us in! And then breakfast was just wonderful (not a carbohydrate loaded continental type) and the atmosphere of being able to meet people from all over the world made the experience fantastic for us. I wish we could have stayed longer.
 
 
 
 
 
Good but overpriced

When I arrived there was no-one around and as they claimed it was a very welcoming place, I was disappointed. It took a walk outside and through another door of the house next door to fine someone. The room was clean and pleasant but the TV wouldn`t work. It took someone several attempts and about half an hour to sort out the problem. It was one of those things that could happen to anyone but on top of no-one there when I arrived, it put me off. The great advantage of the place was its proximity to the city centre ( within walking distance). Breakfast was good but I felt $135/night was way over the value.

great location

The premium suites are very nice and I liked the fact that I was able to walk to the main part of town. I was able to use my computer and had a relaxing stay.
