Where do I start? There was hair in our bathroom, the walls are tattered and worn, the toilet didn't flush until we had to hold it down for about 5 seconds, we were told we had wi-fi and it didn't work all night, the continental breakfast wasn't that good. I felt like we over- paid for out stay. The people were very nice, though.

I felt the rooms were very dirty and smelled alittle stale. It definitly could use some good cleaning and updating. But i've never met someone so kind and helpful as the pretty young lady who checked me in. Keep up the good work!! I beleive she said her name was Desiree.

If you want a $200.00-$400.00 room go to Hershey. I always stay at this motel, winter, summer. The staff is very kind and considerate. They will fix anything that may go wrong, quickly. It's a busy little place and sometimes a room may not be quite ready. Its taken care of immediatly. I'm going in August, 2007. I have never had a problem here. Nice pool, little putt-putt course, friendly staff, continental breakfast( in the summer ), Close to Hershey, Shopping center, great resaurants, Wal-Mart and the list goes on. I wouldn't stay anywhere else! Sometimes people are ver tired after a long trip and they are grumpy and nothing suits them. When we get there, we are greated with a smile, no matter the time of day or night! Well, that's all for now, I must call and make my reservation for this year. Hope to see you there!

MY NEIGHBOUR HAD RECOMMENDED ME ABOUT THIS PLACE WHO VISITS HERSHEY EVERY YEAR AND THIS PLACE IS EXCELLENT WE ENJOYED OUR EVERY PENNY AND MY KIDS LOVED THE GOLF COURSE AND WE WOULD DEFINATELY STAY SPECIALLY THEY HAVE THE VERY FRIENDLY @ SMILLEY STAFF.

This was the dirtest motel that I have ever been in. We checked in, we not given the room that we were promised, left our luggage for a couple hours while we secured another clean motel room elsewhere Rooms were poorly decorated, headboard lopesided and the carpeting was fithly beyond belief. We did not try the microwave, TV as we did not want to touch anything in the room. Thank goodness we had no children with us. This motel needs to be shut down as a health hazzard.
