Peaceful and quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Dubai. A fabulous new hotel with great rooms, good restaurants and very friendly staff.

Miles away from anywhere. Expensive taxis into Dubai and to beach. Development unfinshed and building work going on around us. No use of pool or gym. Overall not a very pleasant experience, shall not be returning.

Just got back from Dubai and the Marriott Courtyard Green Community. This place is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Yes it is far from down town Dubai, but the charm of the place and the staff make up for that. The Hotel is as new as it gets, rooms are clean the view over the lake is the best; you will love the sun sets. Yes if you want to spend time in Dubai you will need to take a taxi and that will cost you but the trade off is worth it. There is a lot of restaurants and shopping in the community all with in walking distance and all kinds. I will tell you to eat at the hotels Italian restaurant the food is the BEST and the staff works to make you fell at home. So if you don�t need to be on the beach or at the center of town this is the place to stay.
