Best Service
The manager, Mr. Gilbert, personally drove me to a location about 15 minutes away from the hotel after I missed the conference's transportation. I can't say how impressed I was by this. The front desk could have helped me make phone call or even gotten a cab, but the busy manager took his own time and gas to get me there quickly. He was a problem-solver, and every problem he solved with an extremely pleasant nature.
Beyond the manager, the rest of the team of individuals that staffed this hotel were equally as kind, friendly, and helpful. The host at breakfast was pleasantly insistent on making me comfortable. The food was really good too.
I can see why the hotel is so successful. I have stayed at multiple Five Star Hotels, paying over 400 per night. This hotel’s service rivaled those for a fraction of the price.
Bottom line, this was a great place to say. The next time I am in Dallas, I can't imagine staying anywhere else.
