booked a downstairs smoking room....2.when i arrived i was told they had no smoking rooms available...3.i am a light smoker and told the woman at the front desk i would go outside to smoke, she said that was not acceptable.5. she said if i paid 100.00 fee..i could smoke in the room..i paid the fees cash 6, when i left two days later,i was changing in my room at about 8;00 or so in the morning...the manager comes CHARGING IN MY ROOM,SCREAMING" you were smoking in this room!" i said i paid 100.00 fee for this room.7.she said " YOU NOW OWE ME 300.00 MORE!" GET UP TO THE OFFICE AND PAY THE BILL....went up to the office,manager would not give me a copy of the bill, but if i didnt give her the 300.00 she would call the police.8. she then demanded to see my ID AND CREDIT CARD AGAIN 9.I refused,manager then called someone in another language,leaving me feeling she was calling some strong arms to make me turn over my ID AND money to her,, I LITERALLY LEFT SHAKING IN FEAR FOR MY LIFE.unbelievable...she refused to give me a bill..for the added money she tacked on...i never did get a reciept from her. i paid cash,she said she to busy,do it at check out... I HAVE NEVER IN ALL MY LIFE had such a BAD EXPERIENCE!!! DONT STAY HERE!!!! the place was filthy..nothing worked..just HORRIBLE!!!! ...WORSE THAN AWFUL!!

This is the fourth time I have filled out a review and none have been published. This place is dirty, no wireless in our room, no closet, no rack to hang clothes not even a hook in the bathroom! No mirror in bathroom, dirty rug, dirty bedspread, no local phonebook, no recourse either apparently as the hotel doesn't stand behind their service neither does the res co.

I've stayed here, too. The owner's wife is a raving maniac who appears to fancy she's a prison matron and the place is a dump. As I was getting ready to go she made a beeline to me across the parking lot, I thought to say a friendly goodbye, but no, she started screaming very loudly that I had parked too close to her tree and if it was damaged she was going to sue me. I was parked in the normal parking spot, not even close to her stupid tree. When I checked in they demanded $10 for a "key deposit". The "breakfast" consisted of some watery coffee and very stale donuts. The room was sparse as a prison cell and dirty and the advertised wireless internet did not work at all.

We stayed there for 2 nights. I just want to share for other travel that please keep away this hotel. You will regret if you stay there. Because Dirty and bad service. When i have comment to manager there. He said "He don't care, if you don't like. You can look for another hotel and No Money Refund".

Trying to check-in, I had to wait 25 minutes for the front desk clerk/proprietor to return from her errands with her children. Despite it being after 5pm, the room I was given was still being cleaned, with a laundromat basket full of beer bottles and pizza boxes right outside the door. There were still bottle caps on the floor in the room when the maid left. The bathroom was frightening, so I went to a nearby drugstore and bought a bottle of bleach and washed the toilet and tub myself before daring to use it. A fellow employee staying in another room had friends who lived in the area come by, triggering a scolding from the same clerk stating that no visitors were allowed. The small pool was over-crowded by obnoxious, ill-behaved children apparently from the area, because when the pool closed at 9pm, they grabbed their belongings and left the property!! This establishment is a prime example of ownership that clearly has no clue what customer service means. The last time I was treated like this in a hostelry, it was in a third-world country while I was in the military.
