For the price it is probably best in the area!
Pros! Rooms way clean, you can tell they do there best to make sure they are clean. A little on the old side, but not bad for the price. Refrigerator and Microwave in the room I had. (the Refrigerator you can hear at night but not to bad).
You are in the south corner of Disneyland. (Kind of far away to see the Fireworks at night, hotels on the north side see it better)
Looking out the back there is Disneyland parking right behind. (Its the Timon parking lot).
If you cut through this parking lot its about a 20-25 mins walk to the main entrance. (I didn’t have kids with me.) Breakfast is just some small pastry. Nothing you are going to fill up on, but something to snack on as you walk to Disneyland in the morning. There is a 7-Eleven about a block and half away where you can buy most things.
Cons. Nothing really here. For the price you aren't going to find much better. (60 a night, with $ 9 in hotel tax). I didn't really like how far I had to walk when the rest of my party had shuttles to there hotel. But the walk in the morning is kind of long, but doable. Its the walk at the end of the day thats hard. Because the Timon lot is overflow it isn't used in the morning, but is in the afternoon. So I figured out I could ride the Disneyland shuttle to the Timon parking lot anytime in the afternoon to night time. This really only gets you about half way to your hotel, but better then nothing.
Considering you can stay here for almost 3 nights compared to other hotels in the area, its worth it! I do wish they had some shuttle that ran ever hour maybe, but then it would just raise the priced.
