Rubbish Rubbish Rubbish

The domestic (cleaning) staff were friendly and kind however management left a lot to be desired. The rooms offered only bed or plastic chair to sit in while relaxing. The balconies have no cover which is not helpful when it's raining in Hobart, which is most the time, so as they say, soak up the views (and soak up the rain while looking at them!). Do not stay in the waterfront rooms unless you want to spend most of your time in a cold granite kitchen. And forget the Spa...you have to fill it up halfway, wait 30 mins and then continue to fill to desired level...2+2 = 4 water is cold once you have waited for their tiny water system to refill. Over priced, and too flash to care about the comfort of their customers, it's all about the revenue, quote, unquote and parking, where to start! Stay here at your own peril.
