For the guy bashing on Starr Pass Marriott below, maybe you'll like this:
Tucson, Ariz.'s new JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa was recognized for its efforts to preserve the desert landscape and habitat surrounding its site in the Tucson Mountains. Gov. Janet Napolitano presented the hotel with the Arizona Preservation Award, given annually to an individual or organization that has made the most significant contribution toward the preservation of the natural, cultural or aesthetic legacy of Arizona. The award recognized the resort's donation of 150 acres to Tucson Mountain Park, its three-to-one plant replacement policy and its efforts to replant cacti moved during construction.
